Agents.md Are Useless

The AGENTS.md files are completely useless. It's better to use standard tools run in CI to enforce this stuff.

    It depends on your context window, and how much else you’re relating to the agent(s).

    Another reference: https://arxiv.org/abs/2602.11988. Too many times they ignore what is defined depending on the prompt and/or context. It's just another task to sync a source of truth.
